Metaphysical March for Peace

Almost everyone has emotional static in their energy field, and their chakras.

Here are 7 signs that you could have blocked chakras:

1. Difficulty concentrating

The third eye chakra provides energy for the intellect and our ability to see the truth. A blockage here will cause a lack of focus.

2. Sleep problems

The third eye chakra is also the center for awareness and light and it is where sleep and awakening are regulated. A difficulty with sleep can mean a blockage in this chakra.

3. Feeling helpless

The heart chakra regulates emotions and well-being. Stress can cause a blockage in the heart chakra.

4. Not being able to express yourself

The throat chakra is the center for verbal communication. A blockage in the throat chakra can lead to difficulty in describing your emotions and conveying information accurately to others.

5. Lacking motivation

The solar plexus is the center for physical energy that the body gains from nourishment. The sacral chakra represents creative energy and inspiration. A lack of motivation could be a block in either of these chakras.

6. Closing yourself off to others

The heart chakra is the energy center for our feelings. A blockage here means that we are closed off to becoming close to other people in both romantic and non-romantic relationships.

7. Not being able to accomplish goals

The throat chakra is linked to individual growth. Not being able to achieve as much as you’d like could mean a blockage in the throat chakra.

What I hope to accomplish with the Metaphysical March, is to unite people in clearing the chakras of a despot, or dictator from the comfort of our homes. If you can march or protest for hours, take 1/2 hour to work on these people that stand in the way of democracy, and world peace. Instead of pointing out the evil things they do, see them as angles, and make them fit your image of perfection.

In Reiki I, you are taught energy work. In Reiki II you are taught distant healing.
I have been doing Reiki II for about 22 years, with the addition of using techniques from https://www.quantumtouch.com/en/and a couple of techniques I developed myself.
Your metaphysical mind uses metaphor, or imagery, to affect change in distant healing.

Please assist by using this technique:

1. Assume a meditative (quiet your mind) state, with no distractions. Create a space for yourself in your mind, as if you are a massage therapist, with a room or a meadow to put a massage table in.

2. Have a picture of the individual you are working on in front of you for focus.

3. Practice long slow breaths.

4. See the individual in front of you. Greet them, and talk to them in soothing adult to child tones. Invite them to lay down on the massage table.

5. Stinkin’ Thinkin’ – Think of all the bad things that happen to people, i.e. divorce, abuse, getting fired, neglect, getting shot at… and then rake your hands over their body. Develop a mental image of weeding the garden, and leave the flowers, or washing grime off their body (or anything you can think of that goes from dirty to clean). Imagine the weeks and/or grime goes out past the feet.  Move to each chakra, and use a counter-clockwise movement with your hand, unscrew trauma from each chakra (you might see an image of cobwebs, or spiked balls, or anything icky). Then point that same hand in another direction, make clockwise circles, and throw it off into space.

6. Imagine happy things, i.e. puppies, laughing children, pixie dust, euphoria… And imagine it is coming out of your hands like water. Imagine your subject in a tub, and fill it with all the happy, by moving your hands back and forth, side to side.

7. As an added touch, see the individual lift off the table, and see them appear as an angel in the air. Imagine their wings unfolding with a halo over their head. Clean their wings if they are dirty, and shine their halo if it is tarnished.

8. Wrap-up – Break the tie with the individual. Tie a knot between you and the individual, and then cut the material on your end of the knot.

To work on an area:

Buildings and areas can also contain stagnant emotional energy. That is why a Haunted House feel creepy. The U.S. Congress has become constipated with emotional energy. Here are some techniques to clear that energy:

1. Assume a meditative (quiet your mind) state, with no distractions, from a standing position in the middle of a room.

2. Spread your feet, with your eyes closed.

3. Imagine with every breath, that you are getting bigger. As you grow, you migrate outside of your house. You are looking down at local buildings.

4. You take a quick walk to the national mall (Washington D.C.), and up to the Capital Building.

5. Use the same techniques that are in the previous methods for individuals. You can imagine opening the dome of the Capital Building, pouring in some clean water, and watch it pour out the windows. Keep pouring, until the water coming out the windows looks clean to you. This is just an example.

6. When you are done, you can move on to the White House.
