Quantum Group Mindfulness for Peace
A Paradigm shift in World Peace.
Do you want to be a part of it?
Years ago, I attended a solstice celebration potluck. It was at Morse Family Ranch in the South hills of Eugene, OR. It was a typical overcast day. We formed a ring of about 40 people at the center of the field. We blessed the four directions (North, South, East, West), then the heavens and the Earth in the tradition of many ancient cultures. When the group blessed the Earth, we all squatted down and put our hands on the ground. At that time, I felt a burst of something bump my chest which nearly put me on my backside. I saw surprised expressions from others as well.
As we stood up, our coordinator started a conga line by taking two steps forward and then turning left. The rest of us turned to the right and danced after him. He wound around to the middle of the circle, made a hard left U turn and danced between the line which was still heading to the middle, i.e. Nazca lines Monkey tail in Peru. When we reformed the circle, a light rainlike mist descended on everyone, and there was a big round blue hole in the clouds overhead. And a rainbow had formed over the circle. We closed the circle and an observer let us know that it was only misting on the group. Not on him, nor on the left or right.
I want that again. And I hope to harness that energy to make the world a better place.
I have just come to reason why this might have happened. If you look at how a generator works, it passes a North/South magnet through a metal coil. Our individual human bio fields might cause a similar effect by passing close to each other in opposite directions. I have been in marching band, and 22 years in the Air Force. It has been my experience that when a group of people do the same thing, at the same time, looking as much as they can as the rest of the group (same color clothing or uniforms) then amazing things happen. The Global Consciousness Project demonstrates we are all tied together. The bond is stronger if you share more attributes, i.e. Twins, family members, spouse, sports teams, shared uniforms, military members… The HeartMath Institute demonstrates how we can get a better handle on our own wellbeing. Mindfulness Exercises for Groups to build team strength. The Power of the Crowd at musical events. Most of us have experience being a part of a group which is in synchronicity. This heightens a group’s intent. And a paradigm shift could put it to use. A paradigm shift is a fundamental change in the basic concepts and experimental practices of a scientific discipline. For this, I will give participants lessons in Subtle Energy Work and Quantum Entanglement. Just knowing a few techniques will improve many aspects of your life.
My father taught meditation in the 1960s and throughout the rest of his life. It was not accepted in the 60s. Acupuncture was not accepted, and now the military uses it. I found some inspiration from the book, “The Healing Promise of Qi” and “Hands of Light.” Let’s put some science behind a practice that has been around for thousands of years. This is an opportunity to grow and raise the energy our country and the world. If you can’t dance, you can still participate which adds to the output.
At Morse Ranch we were just untrained New Age folks celebrating the solstice. What would happen if we put this energy to good use. Call it what you will, I have done bio-field energy work for over 30 years both local and at a distance. You can brighten the energy of an area or an individual from a distance. In Thailand the tradition of Tak-bat allows the villagers the ability to pay back the Monks for keeping the local energy up. This is taking what the Monks do to another level. Don’t limit yourself by preconceived notions. It is all about visualization and intent. To help you with this, you might watch, The Last Airbender, or Sorcerer’s Apprentice. You don’t need indoctrination, anointment, trappings, a weeklong retreat, or a fancy hat to do this work. You don’t need special equipment. You are the source. As a group, we will change the energy of our nation’s capital complex, or work on the people who represent us. They need all the help they can get. A rising stream of energy floats all boats. Our environment shapes our perceptions. I have been in some pretty toxic places. When you clean up the energy of the area, it feels better, and people are more pleasant.
To go fast, go alone. To go far, get a group.
To get there, have a plan and train your clan.
Choreography
Participants are sorted by height. Shorter individuals go into the circles at the center. For spacing, they would face the center, put their right hands on their hip, and point their elbow at their neighbor to the right. Reduce the circle until the elbow touches the person on their right. All circles follow suit. Add people to circles for spacing. I would like to give a shout out to Ly Tolberg for inspiration – Kaleidoscope Yoga Ly Tolberg
The purpose of the choreography and the verbiage is to get people in synchronicity. In the military, they follow regulations, the team knows the playbook, the supporters know the cheers, the congregation knows the scripture or the hymnal… This is how it goes together:
The facilitator will direct all participants to face North and recite the following phrase:
In the North we call upon water to cleans us for the task at hand. We find Mindfulness and we connect with our inner compass and gain clarity for our life’s purpose. We are Setting Intentions and Goals of creating a world in harmony by attaining Spiritual Altitude. We will find the balance in opposing forces by Cultivating Compassion and Understanding. We seek Guidance from Ancient Wisdom as we follow our path.
The facilitator will direct all participants to turn left, facing West and recite the following phrase:
West is the Direction of Transition and Letting Go to find inner peace. The element of metal can inspire us to release attachments and embrace change. We call upon those who have gone before us to guide us in our journey. We ask them to join us in our mission here.
The facilitator will direct all participants to turn left to face South and recite the following phrase:
The South brings us Passion, Creativity, and abundance. Let the fire of the South burn the ties that hold us back, protect us, light our path, and obliterate our obstacles.
The facilitator will direct all participants to turn left to face East and recite the following phrase:
We call upon the East for new beginnings, growth, and opportunities. We ask the East to inspire us, to nurture our personal development. We ask for all the aspects of wood, to support our growth and give us the ability to be flexible. We call upon the spirits who will walk in our footsteps to assist us prepare a better world for their arrival.
The facilitator will direct, “Face center… Turn”
The facilitator will direct all participants to look to the heavens and recite the following phrase:
We thank the heavens for the wind at our back which fills our sails for the journey, the rain for growth and cleansing, and the sun which illuminates our path and keeps us warm.
The facilitator will direct all participants touch the ground and recite the following phrase:
We thank the Earth for a firm footing on our path, and for providing us an environment to learn, live, and flourish in. We thank the Earth for sustenance on our journey.

The facilitator with direct, “Gate of Life. Deep breath in. Hold. Ohm as you breath out. Deep breath in. Ohm as you breath out. Deep breath in as you imagine flowers of many colors flowing into you.”
Hold. Ohm out cobwebs and anything you imagine as toxic. See the image of your stress dissolve, evaporate, catch on fire… Repeat once, Flowers in and cobwebs out.”
The facilitator with direct, “Right arms forward. Move forward until your fingers are on the back of the person in front of you.” Once the spacing has been adjusted, individuals drop their hands.
The facilitator with direct, “Left-Right-Left… Turn” and the fist ring will face left, the next ring will turn right, and the next ring will turn left.
The facilitator with direct, “Forward Ho. Hands clap.” Individuals will rais their hands to High Five the people at either side. After four full circles, command “Hands down”
The facilitator with direct, “Stop and face center… Turn… Resume Gate of Life… Breath in flowers, Ohm out dirt, grime, cobwebs… Right arms forward… Shoulders” Then the facilitator directs the middle group to use both hands on the target. Direct the group to focus on the target to clean, clear, and calm it. Everyone visualizes the target and uses any metaphor they can think of to clean up the area in question, i.e. brooms, hoses, wind, water, bright light… This is all in the training.
The end result is depicted in this augmented image from David Hazen, for the Rainbow-Light Dance Circle image he created to represent the energy of Dances of Universal Peace.
