Resilience Program for a Peaceful World

Stress Relief – Your Tax Dollars at work

To help military personnel mend from the ravages of war, the Army initiated a $14 Million Resilience program. This program turned out to be very successful. Many of the techniques originated in Asia. The people in that area of the planet have been at war for thousands of years, and they use many techniques to alleviate the trauma it causes. Much of the program used biofeedback and eastern meditation practices. In Eugene Oregon, we have several organizations which use much of the same philosophy.

I personally have 25 years of working with Bio-Feeback, diet, Reiki, Quantum Touch, tai chi, and Qigong. This has brought me to an understanding about how static or negative Chi can cause emotional stress, heartache, headache, lingering pain, nightmares, and restless sleep.

In 2004 the movie “What the Bleep do we know” (http://www.whatthebleep.com) made it’s debut. It gave me a lot more information to put into the equation. The movie purported that even Western Science now agrees we have an energy body that some people call an aura. We store emotional energy in our muscle tissue. My theory is that just as your physical body get dirty, and you take a bath/shower, your energy body picks up static and needs to be degaussed or cleared.

We store emotional energy in our muscle tissue creating Emotional Baggage.

The energy that our astral body emits, affects our environment. Haunted houses are caused by negative emotional emissions. When individuals are angry, or frustrated, it changes the feeling of their home or apartment.

I use techniques that clear out the emotional trauma from your energy body, and your environment. I also instruct you on techniques you can use to assist you with your own emotional issues. I guarantee results.

My program is free for Veterans and First Responders, with a sliding scale for all others. However, I don’t believe this is the cure all. I would direct anyone to the other aspects of healing for their benefit.

I will endeavor to make participation in this Resilience program free for Veterans and First Responders, and sliding scale for anyone else. I am not making any medical claims for any of the methods listed below. Most of them are used in the Army’s Resilience Program. The rest of them have helped me, and everyone I know who are dealing with their own issues. Ask your Doctor before taking part in any of the following:

I would like you to look at this therapy as a Healing Gauntlet. You would usually enter a gauntlet unscathed, and leave it in pain. Imagine going it through it  backwards, where all the issues you have accumulated are removed, and you are back to where you want to be. There is no particular order for each of these therapies. My philosophy for health is, “Your state of health is based on what you are eating, what you are not eating, or what’s eating you.” The last part of that statement is stress, chemicals, fungus, virus, and bad bacteria. More on that later.

Energy Work:

The first suggested therapy used by the Army’s Resilience program. There is a working theory that the body stores emotional memory in it’s muscle tissue.   5 Ways Stress Hurts Your Body, and What to Do About It

There are several ways to tackle this. The least invasive therapy is any form of energy work like Reiki, or Quantum Touch. This program received funding from the Washington State VA. For a session, or more information, contact me (Guy) at 541-915-8581.

Heartmath:

Heartmath is a form of Bio-Feedback and mental exercises which help you get into your head to see how much your thoughts effect your physiological state. The core theory is that we have neurons on our heart, that communicate with your brain. When you are stressed, your heart neurons, and brain neurons are out of synchronization. I have a computer program that measures your heart rate, and assists you in getting back in sync. I have the PC version of the emwave, to show you how important focused breathing is. I do this as well.

Acupressure with TATLife:

This is free and effective. Here is the URL to their web site – https://tatlife.com/
And you can check out a lot of related YouTube videos. This is one of my favorites – TAT Vietnam Vet

Nutrition, Pathogens, and Lifestyle:

To have the best response for any therapy, it is always useful to improve your overall health. Body chemistry is a strong factor in how an individual reacts to stress. If they have a diminished immune system, any stress will make it hard to function in a normal state. If your immune system is under attack from pathogens, you can’t fight the common cold. Allimax has been proven against many debilitating viruses, fungus, and bad bacteria. AlliUltra is my favorite.

Hempworx Full Spectrum CBD Oil:

There is a plethora of research on what CBD can do for our mental and physical state. This company offers a $40 sample pack for $11.95 in Shipping and Handling. For more information, or to order click on the picture below. This is not a cure for all issues, and is only a part of a comprehensive plan. For the people in the program that have tried it (including myself), it has relieved anxiety in as little as an hour.
