I am a Benefits Counselor for Colonial Life. They have been providing employee benefits for over 87 years. For their products, i.e. Vision and Dental plans, as well as Accident, Life, and Health Insurance, you need to start with a company with 5 or more lives participating. They partnered with Recuro Health to provide Telehealth services for their clients. I found Recuro Health to be an independent service organization, providing medicinal services over your phone, or computer. I am a Veteran, and the Veterans Administration uses telehealth. I am on Medicare Advantage with Devoted, and they use telehealth. I just took my last physical over the phone, and they sent me a $50 gas card for taking care of it. I am in Oregon, and we are at the top of the chart in the least amount of Doctors per capita.
Recuro Health’s business model is any company or membership is eligible. I saw the benefits of their program, and signed on as a consultant. If you would rather get your Recuro Health program through your Company, Church, or Organization, give me their contact information and they can put together their own plan, which you would then participate in.
I was thinking of all the individuals who work alone to provide services to the community. Anyone that does counseling, energy work, massage, hair styling, insurance sales… They don’t have the required group for an insurance product.
